The ProSpangle 4-Head is the production version of the spangle machine ColDesi decorators already know. Four heads work a 24 by 20 inch field at up to 1,000 spangles per minute each, and every head carries eight press units, so a single design can pull from eight spangle colors or sizes without a reel swap partway through.

A spangle machine, also called a sequin transfer machine, makes heat press transfers out of spangles. Spangles are threadless sequins, solid discs with no hole punched through the middle, so a finished design reads as opaque, reflective color rather than a ring of dots. The catch has always been throughput. Once orders stack up, one head becomes the ceiling.
Four heads raise that ceiling. Each one places up to 1,000 spangles a minute across a working field of 24 by 20 inches, which is wider and taller than the single head ProSpangle covers. Placement runs automatically from the file you load, and spent material is collected as you go, so the table stays clear and the operator is not stopping to tidy between runs.

LCD Touchscreen Controls
Setup, adjustments, and production monitoring all happen through the onboard touchscreen. The machine also holds 3,000 design files across banks of 100, so the jobs you run again and again can live on the machine rather than being loaded fresh for every reorder.
