(for embroidery orders) If a design is for a cap, the designer may need to alter the size if it will not sew out on a standard cap frame for a commercial embroidery machine.
Your designer may have questions, these will come to you via an 'alert' email. Please respond to the alert ASAP. Delays in your response may delay production time.
Most designs are delivered within 1-2 business days. Complex Designs can take up to 3-4 business days. (Monday through Friday). Circumstances beyond our immediate control may delay orders and this is not subject for refund or canceling of an order.
