Your files will be delivered to you via email. Most orders are processed within 24 hours, but can take up to 3-5 days based on order complexity or needed clarifications.

(for embroidery orders) If a design is for a cap, the designer may need to alter the size if it will not sew out on a standard cap frame for a commercial embroidery machine.

Most designs are delivered within 1-2 business days. Complex Designs can take up to 3-4 business days. (Monday through Friday). Circumstances beyond our immediate control may delay orders and this is not subject for refund or canceling of an order.
