Print a yard sign, a set of awards or a detailed product label on the Mutoh XpertJet 661UF Pro. Its 19.02" x 24.02" print area accepts larger jobs, while the AccuFine HD Pro printhead improves fine lines, reverse text and gradients.

CMYK, white and varnish give you options for color artwork, dark substrates and textured finishes. The Pro also increases print speed compared with the original 661UF and pairs a redesigned frame with an included heavy-duty stand.

Direct Printing for Products, Awards and Signage

The flatbed accepts objects up to 6.02" thick. Applications include promotional merchandise, plaques, equipment labels and signs, with direct printing on compatible materials such as glass, metal, wood, acrylic, plastic and PVC.

White ink provides a base on dark or transparent substrates. Varnish adds gloss accents, matte effects or raised detail. Layered printing also supports Braille and lenticular applications.

The new printhead controls droplet shape to improve the appearance of thin lines and reversed lettering. Smoother gradients and reduced graininess help when artwork includes small text or photographs.

More Print Area for Yard Signs

The 19.02" x 24.02" printable area accommodates an 18" x 24" yard sign in landscape orientation. The vacuum table holds lightweight, flat media during printing, and automatic height adjustment helps with setup.

Higher Print Speed

The Pro reaches up to twice the print speed of the previous XpertJet 661UF. That is a comparison between print modes, not a promise that every job will take half the time.

A Larger Curing Lamp and Stiffer Frame

A 4 inch UV LED lamp provides curing with local dimming for matte and gloss effects. The redesigned frame and dedicated stand increase rigidity to reduce vibration during printing.

Access for Routine Maintenance

Reworked maintenance covers improve access to the printhead and lamp surfaces. Daily care remains part of the operating routine.

What changes with the Pro model?

The Pro adds an AccuFine HD Pro printhead, a larger print area and a 4 inch UV LED lamp. The frame and stand have also been redesigned. Print speeds reach up to twice those of the original XpertJet 661UF, depending on the print mode.

Can it print an 18" x 24" yard sign?

Yes. An 18" x 24" yard sign fits within the 19.02" x 24.02" print area in landscape orientation.

How thick and heavy can an item be?

The maximum media thickness is 6.02". The media weight limit is 17.6 lb, including any jig used to hold the item.

Does it print directly onto products?

Yes. This is a flatbed printer for direct printing on compatible objects and materials, including acrylic, wood, glass, metal, plastic and PVC.

Can it produce Braille and raised textures?

Yes. It supports layered printing for Braille and tactile effects. Producing Braille does not by itself establish that the finished sign meets accessibility requirements; the completed sign still needs to be checked.

Is the rotary attachment included?

No. Cylindrical printing requires an optional rotary unit. The bulk ink system is also optional.

What software and warranty come with it?

The printer includes MUTOH VerteLith RIP and a one-year subscription to SAi Flexi DESIGN MUTOH Edition. The printer warranty is one year.

Will it fit through a standard doorway?
