Green PU Flex Heat Transfer Vinyl, also called HTV, is a type of material that can be cut with a vinyl cutter to make designs, letters or numbers in an array of styles. PU Flex Heat Transfer Vinyl is an incredibly versatile product and has been SGS tested for colorfastness and shrinkage for more than 30 wash cycles. The easy weed 150 micron PU Flex vinyl comes in 20"x60" rolls.

Heat transfer vinyl (HTV) is the answer to your personalizing projects! Of all the garment decorating methods available,heat printing is one of the least expensive and easiest to get involved in. HTV works best on cotton, polyester or cotton/poly blends. Other synthetic fabrics, like acrylic, won't work correctly because they will melt under the heat of a heat press. HTV can be customized to apply to a variety of items, including sports jerseys, T-shirts, performance apparel, active wear, jackets and even wood!

Application Instructions

• Cut in reverse
• Weed excess material
• Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
• Apply design at 300°F/150°C
• Use firm pressure for 10-15 seconds
• Peel carrier warm

Care

• Wait 24 hours before first wash
• Machine wash warm or cold with mild detergent
• Do not dry clean
• Do not bleach
• Dry at normal setting
