G Series Hot Peel DTF Film - Double Sided
Size: 24" x 328' (60cm x 100 meters)
For the DTF-24H2, 24H4, 24H5, and other 60cm printers.
This DTF film is the latest and greatest HOT PEEL formulation, making it great for production runs.
Thickness: 70 microns (0.07mm)
Double-sided DTF film enhances printing by combining better grip, higher quality, and increased productivity. Its anti-slip design secures the film, reducing risks of movement or scratches. This leads to consistent, professional-grade prints while saving time and resources.
IMPORTANT: New Formula
- Time: 10 seconds / 5 seconds
- Temperature: 300°F (Fahrenheit)
- Pressure: 7 / Firm pressure
1. The design will be printed as a mirror image with white ink on the surface.
2. Place the garment on the heat press and position the direct-to-film transfer onto the garment with the image (right reading) facing up.
3. Press with firm pressure at 300°F for 10 seconds.
4. Choose Peel:
- For a HOT or warm peel, start from the corner with the most ink coverage and remove it in one smooth motion.
- For a COLD peel, remove the garment from the heat press, allow it to cool completely, and then peel the film off.
5. Finish: Place the garment back on the heat press, cover the design with a standard or Teflon finishing sheet, and press for 5 seconds.
