20" G Series Hot Peel DTF Film (Double-Sided)

The 20 inch width of ColDesi's G Series hot peel film, made to run on the 19H2 DTF printer and shaker system. It uses ColDesi's latest hot peel coating for even powder pickup, clean releases, and steady results across high-volume jobs. A double-sided, anti-slip coating is what separates it from ordinary DTF film.

Why Double-Sided Film

With an anti-slip backing holding the film steady during printing, you get less sliding and scratching and a cleaner workflow overall. The result is crisper, higher-quality transfers, less wasted film, and more reliable output when the orders pile up.

How to Press It

Temperature	300°F
First Press	10 seconds, firm pressure (setting 7)
Finishing Press	5 seconds

Print your design mirrored, with the white ink laid down on the surface.
Set the garment on the press, then position the transfer on top with the image facing up and reading correctly.
Press at 300°F for 10 seconds with firm pressure.
Peel. For a hot or warm peel, start at the corner with the heaviest ink and pull the film off in one smooth motion. For a cold peel, take the garment off the press, let it cool all the way, then remove the film.
Finish by setting the garment back on the press, covering the design with a finishing or Teflon sheet, and pressing for another 5 seconds.

Settings are a starting point. Fine-tune time, temperature, and pressure to suit your press and garment.
