G Series Hot Peel DTF Film - Double Sided
Size: 13" x 328' (33cm x 100 meters)
For the DTF-12H2 and other 33cm printers.
This DTF film is the latest and greatest HOT PEEL formulation, making it great for production runs.
Thickness: 70 microns (0.07mm)
Double-sided DTF film offers enhanced stability through its anti-slip backing, ensuring better grip during printing. This reduces the chance of film sliding or scratching, creating smoother workflows. The result is sharper, higher-quality prints with less waste—boosting both reliability and productivity.
IMPORTANT: New Formula
- Time: 10 seconds / 5 seconds
- Temperature: 300°F (Fahrenheit)
- Pressure: 7 / Firm pressure
1. The design will be printed as a mirror image with white ink on the surface.
2. Place the garment on the heat press and position the direct-to-film transfer onto the garment with the image (right reading) facing up.
3. Press with firm pressure at 300°F for 10 seconds.
4. Choose Peel:
- For a HOT or warm peel, start from the corner with the most ink coverage and remove it in one smooth motion.
- For a COLD peel, remove the garment from the heat press, allow it to cool completely, and then peel the film off.
5. Finish: Place the garment back on the heat press, cover the design with a standard or Teflon finishing sheet, and press for 5 seconds.
