Maintenance Cap Top (wet cap accessory)
Product Description: Used to cap off the print head faceplate when the carriage unit is unable to dock itself to the Maintenance Unit for any reason. It helps to slow the process of clogs forming and used the soak the faceplate with cleaning solution in the attempt to loosen and remove clogs from the print heads if the normal and strong automatic cleanings are unable to recover the nozzle check and to not have banding lines in the print output.
Directions: Fill each cap with approved Coldesi Cleaning Solutions only If possible, put the machine in the manual maintenance mode, when the timer starts and the head moves to the left for cleaning.
Press the emergency stop button to turn the power completely off. Securely click the attachment with the caps topped off with CS Solution, to bottom of the carriage so the caps line up to the faceplates of each of the print heads.

Disclaimer: Never apply power to the machine while this component is in use on the machine. Damages may occur if so from the head impacting against other parts in the machine. If there are any differences in your machine than the machine we use in the video, please create a ticket with tech to verify safe operations. Safe to use overnight for the purpose of soaking the nozzle plate.
Recommend that the cleaning solution gets changed out at least every other day if possible. This device and it use DO NOT guaranty all clogs can be removed, it is only a tool for attempt to do so. The quicker a clog is addressed, the less likely there will be part replacement needed. If no improvement are seen in the nozzle check for more than a week, you will need to contact support for the next steps and placing an order.
