Shipping policy

ColDesi offers free shipping on qualifying orders over $250 for supplies and for apparel, within the contiguous United States. Shipping methods are primarily via UPS (with options from Ground to Next Day) and sometimes USPS or UPS SurePost for economical or special cases. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only, and shipping charges are not refunded for carrier delays or weather/mechanical issues. Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, size, destination, and chosen service level. Some items that don't qualify for free shipping will be flat rate prices or based on weight and location.
