What Is the Calculator Actually Measuring?
The calculator is not simply comparing the speed of one machine against another. It is comparing the labor required to produce the same weekly volume.
That distinction matters.
A shop can always add more heat presses to increase total output. But when every new press also requires another operator, production capacity and labor expense grow together.
