Sublimation socks are exactly what you would expect. They are 100% polyester socks that are specifically designed for the sublimation printing process.

If you aren’t already in the sublimation business, here’s what you need to make custom sublimation socks:
  • Sawgrass Sublimation Printer – blank socks are relatively small, so you could use the Sawgrass SG500 sublimation printer to make the transfers. But, it’s more economical to use the SG1000 11â€_x009d_x17 Sawgrass printer if you’re doing any kind of volume at all. Find more information about those here.
  • Heat Press – you’ll need a good quality heat press if you want the best quality designs. Good quality heat presses have consistent temperature across the whole surface, and consistent pressure.
  • Sublimation Paper – TextPrint sublimation heat transfer paper is premium quality at a great price. And it’s our most popular seller.
