Our HeatSEAL will be your answer for smaller runs of patches, emblems, and badges.
This film will be attached to the backside of a finished embroidered image. It's recommended to accompany
our 'PatchMat' and our 'PatchTwill', giving you the ability to 'cut' out the patch with a heat knife. All edges will be
nicely sealed. The finished edge will not look like a patch that has gone through a 'merrowing' machine,
but will stay together and be the best you can produce in smaller quantities from start to finish.
Using the HeatSEAL on a finished patch can then give the end-user the choice to apply the patch as
an 'iron-on' or as a 'sewn-on'.
