Upper Platen Cover - 16" x 20"
Protect your upper heat press platen from excess inks and adhesives.
The upper platen cover is much like the lower table cover, but fitted for the upper heat platen. Platen and Table covers are the #1 preferred heat pressing accessory.
*Made for Hotronix® heat presses in the 16" x 20" size, but can also be used on the 16" x 20" GeoKnight® heat presses.

The upper platen cover is much like the lower table cover, but fitted for the upper heat platen. Platen and Table covers are the #1 preferred heat pressing accessory.
This product wraps the heated platen of your heat press to protect it. Due to the nature of how the product is constructed, loose corners are not uncommon. It will not affect the overall performance of the Teflon wrap.
While it doesn't replace the need for a non-stick cover sheet, many heat printers find it useful. Direct-to-garment and sublimation printers consider it an essential accessory to protect their heating element from steam and chemical buildup.
To keep the platen covers clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth to remove any residue or buildup.
Understand, it can be a bit wrinkled and this could present an issue for some transfer methods.
DTG and Vinyl users should be aware that any wrinkle in the wrap can translate to the actual design on the garment.
A flat, loose Teflon sheet may work best for the DTG and Vinyl user.
