More Room to Print, More Ways to Produce

The 30H2 gives you the width to handle larger artwork and organize more designs on each sheet. That makes it well suited for bulk orders, recurring designs, mixed customer work, and oversized applications that need more room than a smaller printer can offer.

Transfers can be printed ahead and stored for up to six months, allowing you to separate printing from pressing when the workflow calls for it. The finished transfers can be applied to T shirts, sweatshirts, polos, hoodies, backpacks, aprons, sports uniforms, company shirts, flags, and more.

Advanced Printheads for Fine Detail

Two Epson i3200 printheads deliver CMYK color followed by a registered white underbase. The result is sharp detail, clean edges, smooth gradients, and solid color coverage with a finish comparable to traditional screen printing.

SMART Ink Monitoring

Visual LED indicators give the operator a quick view of ink levels, making it easier to see when a bag needs attention before it interrupts the job. The five color bulk ink system uses 1000 ml bags for CMYK and white.

Automatic Tension Control

The dancer system uses a dedicated motor and sensor to control film feed. As the tension lever moves, the system releases more film to maintain a smooth, consistent path through the printer during longer production runs.

Print Optimizer V2 Keyless Software

Print Optimizer V2 gives the operator control over ink laydown, color, and output settings without a hardware dongle. Use it to prepare detailed gradients, solid color logos, and the range of artwork that comes through a working custom apparel shop.

High Speed Output

The 30H2 can produce up to 180 8" x 10" transfers per hour. Three print modes let you balance speed and resolution, from 42.68 linear feet per hour in Bold mode to the added detail of Fine and Very Fine production.

Fast Heat Press Application
