The DTF-24H2 is a commercial 24" direct-to-film system built for shops that want to produce transfers in house without tying the printer to one garment at a time. Dual Epson i3200 print heads lay down CMYK color and a registered white underbase on roll-fed PET film, while the matched 24POWC handles the powder and drying stages.

Production is rated at 45 to 55 linear feet per hour, or about 100 8" x 10" transfers per hour. Finished DTF transfers can be stored for six months or more, so printing and heat press application can run on separate schedules.

Direct-to-Film separates printing from garment application. The 24H2 can produce everything from single-color labels and left-chest logos to full-size graphics, and multiple designs or sizes can share the same print run before the transfers ever reach a shirt.

The printer and 24POWC are on casters after uncrating, and the site readiness document calls for 3 to 4 people when the equipment must be lifted over steps or moved safely.
