How the DTF-12H2 Workflow Works

Your artwork is printed onto PET transfer film. One printhead produces the color image and the second adds the white underbase used for application to the garment.

Adhesive powder is applied while the printed transfer is still wet. The transfer then moves through the dryer so the adhesive can cure with the printed ink.

The finished transfer is placed on the garment and applied with a heat press. After pressing, the film is removed and the printed design remains on the fabric.
