How a Print Run Comes Together

Artwork is sent from DTF Print Optimizer V2 (included) to the 24H3R, which feeds film off a roll and prints all colors plus white and clear ink in one step through the three i1600 heads. As the printed film advances, it passes under the UV lamp module, where the ink cures on contact, then moves through the integrated laminator before rewinding onto the take-up roll. The finished transfers can be stored, contour-cut on the included Graphtec CE8000-60, or applied to the surface or garment they were designed for.

The 3D UV Flex configuration is what separates this package from a standard hard-surface UV DTF setup. Pick a blank from its built-in catalog, drop your art file onto it, and publish the decorated product to your Shopify store. When an order comes in, your production-ready art file is right there in the ClickWear admin, ready to download and send to the production floor.
