Transfer Paper - Silicone, also called hotfix tape, hotfix rhinestone tape and hotfix rhinestone paper, is used with hot fix or heat transfer style rhinestones to produce rhinestone transfers or rhinestone decals..

The rhinestones are placed on the transfer paper, either manually or by an automatic machine, then the transfer paper is used to place the rhinestones directly onto the garment using heat.
