Patch Material is the answer for small runs of patches or badges

You no longer need to source them out; make them yourself!

No need for a minimum of #100 patches anymore, simply do the job yourself without any expensive equipment like a "merrowing" machine.

This material is made of 100% polyester and has the "embroidered" look yet saves you the time, effort and cost with stitching the background yourself. Patch Material should be used along with the Heat Seal Roll and cut out with our Hot Knife. A finished patch will have a sealed edge and can then be ironed or sewn on to the finished garment - customers choice!

Instead of backing, we recommend HeatSPUN-Glue. This is an excellent, very light, heat-pressable glue to help stabilize your Patch Material. It will make the PatchMat hoop and embroider perfectly.
